Here at Stecla Engenharia, we don't stay idle. We participate in races and marathons to bring our team together, relax our minds, and maintain our physical health. After all, quality of life is also built with good relationships and a body in motion. Check out the account of some of our employees who never stay still.
Yan praised the initiative of the Management in promoting the event, which had a sports professional guiding participants on training and answering questions. "Very important for the physical and mental health of the participants and helps improve performance in their professional activities," he stated. The initiative also allowed greater interaction among team members from each team with employees from other works. Yan also mentioned that "on the day of the challenge, the employees were highly motivated to carry out the task proposed at the beginning of the training, which shows that if an employee is encouraged to carry out a task in any area, they will certainly achieve the goal."

Vinicius shared that the Constância Challenge was special, not only because he saw himself and others improving their physical abilities, but also because he experienced how much it is possible to transform the work environment by incorporating activities outside of work with the team. "My greatest reward in this challenge was being able to encourage others to start running as a sport, especially seeing my parents participate and improve their lifestyle over the weeks of training," Vinicius stated.
For Isabela, the project added energy to the week, and she herself declares to be a fan of sports. "It was also great because it is an accessible activity, both in terms of cost and the location where it is practiced. It was essential to have guidance to teach the basics, prevent injuries, and show how it is possible to progress," she reported.
Lucas said that the challenge is the realization of some ideals that the company believes in. "We already have the benefit of Gympass (now Wellhub), which is a great incentive for sports practice. This challenge, for the second consecutive year, is an even greater motivation for sports practice, promoting a healthier life for everyone at the office," he commented. He also mentioned that the consultancy, combined with the event as the final commitment, encouraged the training sessions, generating motivation beyond just "training." The desire to achieve a positive result in the event grew with the weekly progress that kept appearing.
Rodrigo also classifies the Constância Challenge as an experience. "In addition to testing ourselves and pushing ourselves physically and mentally, it was a very good moment of connection with the people who participated together. One motivating the other and helping each one go beyond," he shared. He also added, "It was really great to see the involvement and commitment of the participants and the development of each one during this period."
